2025 Poster Session

Submit your application now to showcase your research at the 2025 Quantum Australia Conference! Don’t miss this opportunity to share your work with a highly engaged audience of experts and innovators.

Application Deadline: 21 February 2025
Conference Dates: 25–26 March 2025
Location: Brisbane (In-person attendance is required)

Poster Session Overview:

  • Selected research posters will be displayed for the duration of the Conference from the morning of the 25 March until the afternoon of the 26 March.
  • Posters must be A0 portrait (841mm x 1189mm) and printed. Digital posters will not be accepted.
  • Please bring the printed version with you at the Conference.
  • The main poster session will take place during networking drinks on 25 March, 16.30-18.30. You are expected to stand by your poster and engage with attendees during this time.
  • We also encourage you to maximise your engagement by spending additional time by your poster during breaks.
  • The poster session winner will have the exclusive opportunity to present their 3-minute pitch during the Conference Dinner on the evening of 26 March.

3 minute Rapid Fire Research Presentation

  • Selected applicants will present their research in rapid-fire 3-minute presentations in elevator pitch style.
  • Presenters will have access to a microphone for their pitch.
  • At this stage, screens will not be available, so presenters should plan to not need any visual aids.

  • Applications must focus on research developments only.
  • Any marketing or sales-focused content will not be accepted.
  • If your application is successful, you must attend the conference in person and will be required to purchase a ticket.
